Tasting notes

“A seductive effort from this reliable estate, the 2012 Chauvin reveals lots of berry fruit, roasted herb, mineral and soil undertones. Medium-bodied with soft tannin and excellent density, it may merit an outstanding score if it adds slightly more aromatic and flavor dimensions. Drink this attractive, well-made St.-Emilion in its first 10-12 years of life.”
